Major renovation and extension to an untouched character villa. An important aspect of the renovation was to maintain the character look internally and externally. The existing house was picked up and moved over on the section to allow for a double car garage with internal access. A wide inviting hallway draws you through the house into the North facing living spaces, with an outdoor entertainment area overlooking Mt Eden.
